Activity itinerary and description:
- Meeting point in the hotel lobby (Tambo del Inka).
- Venturia staff welcomes guests and leads introductions.
- Transfer or short walk to our working tables, right next to the farm. Chef will explain what we'll cook today.
- Guests harvest, wash, sort, cut, chop and prepare ingredients according to instructions.
- We cook using a traditional Andean oven, we enjoy our meal.
