Activity itinerary and description:

  • Meeting point in the hotel lobby (Tambo del Inka).
  • Venturia staff welcomes guests and leads introductions.
  • Transfer or short walk to our working tables, right next to the farm. Chef will explain what we'll cook today.
  • Guests harvest, wash, sort, cut, chop and prepare ingredients according to instructions.
  • We cook using a traditional Andean oven, we enjoy our meal.
